I purchased over $3400 in Rhino Rack equipment to include this roller. First, the roller - it is not made to the same quality of the other items that I have received from Rhino Rack. As another buyer has said, this item seems to have been made in a garage with not a lot of care. Secondly, and most important, is the lack of customer service from this company. I received a large 107” x 58” Pioneer Platform unassembled without any hardware. I have called repeatedly without an answer and have left multiple messages. I have also written three emails to both sales and customer service explaining that I have a whole rack system that is essentially worthless until I have the hardware to put it together. I have yet to receive an email or phone response from this company. A good company wouldve over- nighted the proper and missing hardware that I payed for as well as sending an update to my email or voicemail. I understand that things get boxed up and sent while missing items and that people make mistakes. I do not understand the idea of hiring a customer service department or person to have them ignore your customers.
