NEVER DEAL WITH PRORETAILERI purchased this dishwasher rack from PRORETAILER. It arrived damaged. It was shipped in a cardboard box with no padding or other packaging material to prevent damage. The rack was bent in several locations. These racks are made of wire which is then plastic coated to prevent rust. If you use pliers to repair bends, there is a good chance that the coating will be damaged. If the plastic coating is damaged, the rack will rust.I returned this dishwasher rack for a replacement. The replacement arrived in a crushed cardboard box, and the rack was bent up. For the reason mentioned above, I did not attempt to straighten it out and un-bend the bent parts. The wire gauge is too heavy for me to bend straight by hand, and pliers would likely damage the plastic coating. I considered wrapping layers of rags around the pliers jaws, but then it would be very difficult to get a good grip. I sent this replacement back for refund.Refund was approved by both Amazon and PRORETAILER. However, I never got the refund. I contacted the seller(PRORETAILER) and they gave me a runaround, but no refund. I sent UPS tracking numbers showing both damaged racke were delivered back to the facility. Still no refund. I contacted Amazon. Amazon said they would have PRORETAILER send a refund. Still no refund. I have now contacted the credit card company and reported fraud. They will contact Amazon for an explanation.I strongly advise that PRORETAILER be avoided. Concerning the dishwasher rack, I ordered one from another seller. It arrived only a little bent, and Does fit into the dishwasher.NOTE: It is my guess that these racks are coming from the same warehouse, no matter who sells them on Amazon. They are packaged in the same flimsy cardboard boxes. You may get lucky and get a good one, and maybe not. When I need to replace another rack, as is likely due to the harsh environment inside a dishwasher, I will likely try to find a local parts supplier so that I can inspect the rack before taking it home.
