This entire purchase was a nightmare from start to finish. I should have paid better attention to everyone's feedback and never even messed with this company. first it got held up in amazon shipping limbo. couldn't cancel the order or anything other than patiently waiting. customer service was unable to help in Any way. offered me a 10% discount which im still trying to acquire. finally arrived over 2 weeks late!! The worst part, the item looks like it was the 1st one the company ever made! the framing was totally crooked and so not only does it look visually annoying, it also doesn't roll very well. I could have gotten better quality from a high school shop class. Unfortunately, I can't find one from another manufacturer online selling this small size bun pan rack or I would return this junk. If at all possible, I would find a different product if I were you. I was limited by space or I would have purchased any number of the much larger options at 1/3 the price and 1000x the quality.
