Update #2:I've now updated my review from 4 to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service from Garment Rack Store and how great of a product this really is.As you can read in my original review posted below, I originally received a smaller sized unit on my second order of this product, but Garment Rack Store completely resolved this issue for me, which occurred due to a simple human error of shipping the wrong product.If you have any issues with your unit, I have full confidence that Garment Rack Store will resolve the issue without any hassles and very quickly, as they did for me, and I want to especially thank Ron at Garment Rack Store for his excellent customer service.This garment rack is very strong and can hold a lot of clothing without any issues or fear of tipping over.I have very heavy leather jackets and other tops hanging from the top bar and a full rack of jeans (folded in half over a hanger) and other bottoms hanging from the lower crossbar without any issues at all.With the extended height and double rail in the middle, there is plenty of room on both bars for almost all of your clothing, with the exception of longer hanging jackets and dresses, which would require you to adjust the second bar a little lower, and that still would probably leave enough room for shorter garments on the bottom rack.The wheels roll very smoothly and this unit is easy to move, even while full of clothing.The one thing I want to point out is that when I attached the crossbar, I did put some electrical tape around the sidebars where the crossbar attached, so that it would provide some extra grip, and I haven't had any sliding issues at all, even with the rack full of very heavy clothing.I don't have any issues with this unit at this time, and I will look to add some photos for review in the upcoming days when I get my clothing organized.I just want to thank Garment Rack Store again for their excellent customer service in resolving the original issue I had, which you can review below.Original Review Posted Below for Reference:I've actually purchased this extended height Z Rack with double hanging bars two separate times, so I really do like the product overall.However, I did have some inconsistencies with the overall height each time, so that's why I am giving it four stars at this time.The product review indicates a height of 80-3/4"H (With Extenders, Floor to Top).The first time I purchased this product from ExecuSystems Direct, and the overall height was 85 inches with extenders floor to top.The second time I purchase this product from Garment Rack Store, and the overall height was 78 inches with extenders floor to top.So there is a 7 inch difference between the two different times I purchased this exact same product.The difference comes from the main sidebars being different lengths, 53 inches and 60 inches respectively.Although 7 inches is not a huge anomaly in the grand scheme of things, it does make a pretty significant difference when you take into account the hanging length with the second cross bar in place.Basically, the taller version with the extender in the second (middle) position is still taller than the shorter version with the extender in the third (tallest) position.This really squeezes the clothing space much more when using the cross bar for two vertical rows of clothing.I really wish I had gotten the taller version both times, and I am contacting the seller in regards to this, so I'll update this when/if the issue is resolved.Since the description calls for a 80-3/4"H, and I got a 78"H, I did not get the product as described the second time, although I don't really want to have to return the entire product, and who knows what height I would get with a replacement product, so I'm hoping the seller simply has some taller sidebars to replace for me.Other than that, the unit really can hold a lot of clothes, so it's very nice, and I guess I got lucky with the 85"H version, since it really wasn't supposed to be that tall anyway.In regards to the crossbar sliding for some people, I read those reviews before I even set up my first unit, so I wrapped electrical tape around the area where I secured the crossbars, and due to that, it has not slid down on me at all, even though I am hanging a pretty significant amount of weight on the second bar. You might want to try something similar to give the clamps something to grip onto when you tighten them down.Otherwise, so far, the product has really helped me hang a good amount of clothing without it falling over like all of my other cheap racks that I wasted money on.Update #1:I now realize that there is a difference in the lengths between my two units as well.The unit from ExecuSystems Direct, which is the taller one, is 63" in length, which meets the description.The unit from Garment Rack Store, which is the shorter one, is 57" in length, which is much shorter than the description.The description states the unit should be 63" inches in length.So the overall dimensions of the two units are different, which is probably a manufacturing discrepancy of some sort.I'll update this again when I reach a resolution with the seller.
