I was nervous that this rack would not stay balanced when they had heavy boots on them. But, so far I am very happy with this purchase and the dryer stays upright over the air vent even when it's loaded with boots. I feel like the price was a little high since this is just coated wire, but went ahead and purchased because I am in need of something that will hold boots upside down to dry over a vent. I think it should be priced in the $10-12 range. As you can see in the photo, there is ample room to dry tall boots - like rubber farm boots. Great product, just wish they would lower the price and I would buy about 5 more!This does state on the package that you should not use this on a heat stove, I think the rubber coated metal would melt. Works best for air vents.
